today i went for this pool side party thingy organised by CITY HARVEST CHURCH.

haha it was val who invited me:)whee!my cutest eva twin!hahaha.

so i went over to her hse to do some sandwiches.

damn cute and yummy k!!(",)haha..gt star shape..gt heart shape..look above again.:)

it's actually mian bao with ham and cheese only.keke.but still nice and yummy kay!haha.

it was the first item to b eaten finish leh!!ha!not bad not bad..

and remembered how i almost died at zoe's place the pool?

so now i smart le...hehheh..

JUST IN CASE another 'zoe' mistook that i noe how to swim pushes me in..

i dare not stand near the pool...haha!SMART rite?!!wahaha..

instead we played ball games.passing and monkey!=p

oh oh!and when i was on my way home by cab,i had a good chat with the cab uncle!

i hate it.

why cant the torturing childhood nitemare go away?
its hurting u noe.
its something totally not nice to b kept in one's memory..
once again i had it.
and when i woke up,i realised im again alone in the hse.
no one beside me.
i just hate to cry first thing in the morning.
still,no one noes abt it.not even my closest mum.

can someone wash away my bad memories and just keep the good ones?

lesson learnt..

THE STORY:

1)When Eskimos fish in the arctic,the fish they pull out of the water freezes solid soon after hitting 50degree celcius below 0 air.

2)Clarence Birdseye,a biologist,watched this happen and realized freezing food quickly was the secret to good taste.The slow freezing process being used at that time damaged food's cells,which caused juices to leak out and the food to turn mushy and spoilt.

3)So Birdseye started his own frozen food company.It became popular especially in WW2 to women.And even today,Bird Eye brand can be found in almost every grocery store.

LESSON LEARNT:

The eskimos may not be aware that Clarence Birdseye was watching them,yet what he saw influenced his entire life's work.You may not have noticed it,but other people may be watching you.If they are copying you,what will they learn???
