Why does a cat lick like that?

Cats have everything they need to set up their own laundromats. They lick their fur to clean themselves, and it works very well because of their tongues and their saliva. The saliva of a cat has a kind of detergent in it,which keeps their fur washed and smelling sweet. The cat's tongue is rough,so when the tongue rubs over the fur,it pulls out dead hair and dirt. But licking helps cats in other ways, too. The saliva acts like a little shower when the weather is hot, helping the cat stay cool. Also, when the sun shines on a cat's fur,it makes Vitamin B,which the cat digest from licking itself.Licking fur also helps cat to hunt, because after licking itself, the cat gets rid of its natural odor. When the cat, especially a wild cat like a lion, tries to hunt, other animals can't smell it coming.

SO WHAT?

Cats clean only the outside of their bodies. But people need to think about being clean on the inside, too. That's where our hearts and souls and feelings and personalities are. While it's important to be neat and clean on the outside,it's even more important to be clean on the inside-that's where God looks! He checks to see if you are loving and kind and honest. That's what makes you bright and shiny clean to Him.The Bible tells us in:
*Matthew 23:26*
"Blind Pharisee!First clean the inside of the cup and the dish, and then the outside also will be clean."
Therefore...
When you are full of God's love on the inside,it will shine out of you,and you will look wonderful!
